Making Lighthouse happen every Sunday!
Every Sunday, we have an amazing group of volunteers that regularly roll their sleeves up, put on a smile and work their hearts out to make sure that your Lighthouse experience is one where you can walk away knowing that you encountered God in a powerful way. These ministries include...
We strive to create a warm and welcoming place where everyone can experience the love, grace, and truth of Jesus. We’re the fun-loving crew you’ll likely encounter first when you come to Lighthouse Christian Church. We are ambassadors, hosts…Lighthouse's welcome wagon!

Set-up & Strike
Set-up and Strike might be one of the least glamorous ministries, but one of the most important at Lighthouse. Since our church does not have our own building, we operate as a “mobile church”, and convert an empty Cafeteria at an elementary school into a sanctuary that our congregation can have church service in every Sunday.
The more people we have on this team, the quicker the job gets done! If you have a heart to serve and want to utilize those muscles (or you just like being very organized – it’s not just all about heavy lifting) – this is the ministry for you!
Setup starts at 7am sharp on Sundays. Strike starts after second service.
For more information about Set-up and Strike, please contact Sam Hur.
Ever wanted to help out with the worship team, but you've never really been gifted with musical ability? Not to worry! Here at Lighthouse, we have our own set of volunteers who are just as important as the musicians on the Worship Team, but serve behind the scenes. These are the people that make sure that the sound is clear enough for people to hear, the visuals are up on the screen, or the lighting is correct, and more.
Our team consists of the following roles:
- Soundboard Operators Engineers
- Graphics Operators (similar to PowerPoint)
- Lighting Operators
If you're interested in helping to allow people to have the best audio/visual experience on a Sunday morning, please contact Steve Kato.
